I work to explore and heal the root causes of addiction, address the shame and guilt that frequently accompanies addiction, help create healthy replacement behaviors for the addiction, and create relapse prevention plans.

I primarily work with drug and alcohol addiction, although I can work with other types of addiction such as shopping or food.
Brainspotting can be a helpful modality in working with addictions, as Brainspotting can address the issues that perpetuate the desire to engage with drugs, alcohol, etc. Brainspotting can also help to address cravings.
While I am not opposed to harm reduction, I am trained in abstinence. I work to address addictions from a holistic standpoint, as addictions weave deeply throughout your life, so we work to unravel the knots incurred during active addiction, such as impacts upon your family, friends, relationships, and loved ones, work issues, spirituality, neurobiology, thoughts, and emotions. I am happy to work as part of your recovery team and I support Medication Assisted Treatment or MAT.
