I primarily use Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing to address past traumas. I work with single-event trauma, such as a car accident, as well as complex trauma, developmental issues, and attachment issues.

We explore how patterns caused by the trauma have shown up in your life and your body and work toward creating new patterns. We seek to restore equilibrium to your nervous system. Ultimately, the intention is to work toward healing the root of your trauma, while exploring techniques to help you manage the unwanted symptoms that have arisen in the wake of your trauma.
Ultimately, we alchemize those past stories into a narrative that feels more authentic, attractive, manageable, interesting and inspiring.
Post-traumatic stress CAN become post-traumatic growth.
