Do you have patterns in your relationship(s) that you would like to break, but it feels like you’re stuck in the same cycle, repeating the same behaviors over and over?

I support couples, as well as polyamorous relationships, whether you’re looking to build more romantic, emotional, spiritual, or physical intimacy. I help you to improve your communication and boundaries. I provide education to help you work through rupture and repair. I also work with  couples in which one or both partners have struggled with addiction.

I also help you to understand the root of your relationship issues. For instance, many issues in relationships stem from attachment issues. Unwanted behaviors generally do not appear for no reason. We may have learned these behaviors from our families of origin or from our communities.

For example, a lack of trust could be rooted in past trauma. Once we explore the origins of unwanted behaviors, we can work to create  new behaviors that are more in line with your authentic selves.

In relational therapy, I frequently use Internal Family Systems therapy or Parts Work, as I find that this creates a language that allows you to speak  to your partner(s) in a less judgmental way, while addressing the root of your behaviors and emotions.

Brainspotting can also be helpful in relational work, as this modality can help you to address deep-seated emotion and decrease your activation  around issues that have historically triggered you.
