This includes everything! We are always changing, in every moment, and the world is changing around us, in every moment.

Transitions can be difficult. Our brains are wired to reject change, even when the changes are healthy or positive for us. When our lives are upended by more difficult transitions, such as grief, death, divorce, job loss, pet loss, climate change, or becoming ill, this can affect our daily life and identity.
Even transitions that are typically happier such as gender transitions, retirement, marriage, getting a “better” job, or becoming a parent can be discombobulating. Other transitions, like perimenopause/menopause or a new mental health diagnosis can be welcome, unwelcome, or “it’s complicated,” and you need support navigating this transition.
Perhaps you would like to initiate a transition! Perhaps you would like help in becoming more emotionally intelligent, to improve your relationships, or to level up in your life or career.
When our lives change, often our identities change as well. What support do you need to embrace, or at minimum, to manage these changes with self-compassion?
